Generation Coşkunöz (Gen-C)

GEN-C is the young talent program of Coşkunöz Holding. Its aim is to raise an ""Innovative, Leading, Entrepreneurial, Inquisitive, Analytical, Dynamic"" generation that carries the Coşkunöz values in its genes regardless of generation differences. 

Generation Coşkunöz (Gen-C) is a young talent program consisting of two different areas, one entailing an R&D project for graduation and the other requiring the execution of a project for senior university students and fresh graduates.

Care Your Career Scholarship

This is a scholarship and student development program designed by Coşkunöz Education Foundation, one of Turkey’s longest established education foundations, for 3rd and 4th year engineering students to provide the production industry with a qualified workforce.

You are unlimited

It is a talent management system that focuses on all employees of Coşkunöz Holding and its companies, ensuring that the employee himself is responsible for the development of his career. It is a talent management system in which employees, who carry out a self-assessment of their potential with the help of the Career Compass and receive feedback from their supervisors, define a career roadmap for themselves in line with their individual development plans and interests, enriched with rotation plans.  

In-Coaching

This is a person-centered coaching leadership program that encourages employees to think about their own development, find their own solutions, and unleash their potential.

Employees meet one-on-one with employees of Coşkunöz Holding and its companies who have received coaching training focused on development.

One of us Wanted!

This is an internal recruitment system that provides opportunities for Coşkunöz employees who want to develop their careers or move in a new direction.

Approved vacancies are first communicated to employees through internal announcements, and by conducting an internal interview, vacancies are closed through job change (transfer/rotation) or promotion in accordance with employees’ career plans.
