Coşkunöz Kalıp Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. aims to implement environmental, energy and occupational health and safety management systems across all its activities and to continuously improve its performance.
Accordingly we consider it among our basic principles;
To comply with legal regulations in the fields of environment, energy, occupational health and safety and other applicable conditions, protect employees on behalf of Coşkunöz Kalıp Makina, provide a healthy and safe working environment to prevent occupational accidents and diseases, efficiently use natural resources to protect the environment and prevent pollution, control and reduce the amount of waste generated by our activities, especially sheet metal waste, eliminate hazards and reduce risks in the fields of environment, occupational health and safety, provide resources and information necessary to achieve the objectives,
to promote and support efforts to increase the efficiency of energy consumption by favoring efficient technologies and applications, carry out employee training and awareness on behalf of Coşkunöz Kalıp Makina in consultation with workers/employee representatives and ensure their participation in order to create and develop a culture and sensitivity towards occupational health and safety, environment and energy efficiency.

Information Security Policy
Objective The objective of the Information Security Policy is to prevent information security incidents or minimize the risk of damage in order to ensure the business continuity of COŞKUNÖZ HOLDİNG and its affiliated companies and reduce the impact of potential threats. In this context, an information security management system was established to comply with the ISO 27001:2013 standard.
Scope This policy applies to information assets within Coşkunöz Holding. It applies to employees at all locations as well as to internal and external suppliers and contractors.
Responsibility The Information Security Management Board is responsible for maintaining the risks to the Company’s information assets at an acceptable level approved by the Executive Board.
Policy
The aim of the policy is to protect the company’s information assets from internal and external, intentional or unintentional threats.
The General Coordinator of Coşkunöz Holding has approved this policy.
The Data Safety Policy assures all the following requirements:
Identifying information assets, methodically implementing process-based risk management.
Ensuring the confidentiality of information, protection against unauthorized access
Ensuring the confidentiality of information
Protecting the integrity of information
Ability to access information when it is needed in business processes
Fulfilment of legal obligations arising from legal obligations, laws and contracts
Developing and improving business continuity plans
Conducting information security training for all employees
Ensuring that all information security breaches or suspected breaches are reported to the Information Security Management Board and investigated
Continuously improving the information security management system and providing management with the necessary resources to do so
Identifying information assets, methodically implementing process-based risk management.
Information Security is provided by considering business requirements.
The Information Security Management Board ensures that this policy and all its related documents and the Information Security Management System are developed, documented and continuously improved.
All management staff are responsible for ensuring that the units that they manage comply with this policy and the related procedures.
Compliance with the Information Security Policy is mandatory for all employees.
Lean Policy
Across all Coşkunöz Holding companies, our primary responsibility is to eliminate waste in our value chain and to align all activities with the goal of creating outstanding value for the customer. Improving the profitability and competitiveness of our businesses and the satisfaction of our customers can be achieved by continuously reducing waste in our management and production systems within a holistic approach, and directing our resources towards creating more value.
With this lean mindset, we have adopted the principle of achieving operational excellence for all our suppliers and all our areas of operation, as well as contributing to increased social welfare. Respect for people is one of our top priorities at Coşkunöz Holding Companies as part of achieving our Lean policy and goals. This value includes our employees, customers, suppliers and the society at large. We build all our communication on understanding each other and creating mutual trust.
